Whizkid, Omawumi for AYE Awards

As the nation’s capital, Abuja gets ready for the maiden edition of The  Abuja Young Entrepreneurs Awards (AYEA), organized by Fusion Lifestyle Limited and billed for Friday 20th, April, at the International Conference Center, FCT,  the organizers are  working round the clock to ensure the event lives up to its expectation.

The awards aim  to recognize, motivate and celebrate young outstanding business owners in the FCT who have distinguished themselves among their contemporaries.
In all, there will be 11 categories of awards going out to outstanding individuals. Also, three other individuals will be honoured for their outstanding entrepreneurial skills and philanthropy.
Described as a night of glamour and entertainment, the event will be hosted by Matilda Duncan of Rhythm FM and Ebuka Obi-Uchendu of Big Brother fame.
It will also feature musical performances by top musicians like WhizKid, Omawumi as well as upcoming Abuja artistes. There will also be comedy by popular comedian,  Chigurl and Ajebo and a fashion show by the Fashion and Style nominees, Dzyn Couture, House of Farrah, Ms. Makor, Reedas and Serendipity.
Speaking on the event, a key member of the team, Samiah Oyekan said ‘’there is so much excitement about this event, many youths are looking forward to it. We want to assure all of them that it will be entertaining and fulfilling”.
